Made with a 96-year old recipe, Johnston’s sausage is coarse ground for a distinct flavor. It’s handmade, wrapped in an all natural pork casing and smoked in our old-fashioned smoke house.
This beef sausage uses our time-tested sausage recipe, except we use Black Angus chuck roast. For the mild beef sausage, we add hot crushed pepper – enough to warm the flavor, not so hot that you can’t taste our seasoning.
Great with breakfast or use as a sausage dog or appetizers with other selections from our old-fashioned smoke house.
